Nancy was born on August 26, 1966 in Seattle, WA the only child to Libero and Joyce Cerruti. She graduated from Shorecrest High School in 1984. Where she was on the flag team and excelled in her favorite class, gossip.
After a 10 year courtship, she finally agreed to marry Ahijah Peppii Whissiel on August 20, 2016 at their favorite park in Kenmore, WA.
She worked as a hairdresser for 30 years most recently with her “family” at the Exodus Salon in Kenmore. She loved her work. She never changed her prices and cut all ages and types of hair. It was her passion.
Nancy loved adventure and often would be on a road trip with her husband, which always had to include a stop at a casino. She was as a slot jockey and was always looking for the next big win!
When she wasn’t on road trips she would be at home snuggled with her husband and cats Indiana and Sheldon crocheting her next project.
Nancy is preceded in death by her mother Joyce Picardo Cerruti.
Nancy is survived by her husband Ahijah Whissiel, her father Libero Cerruti, father-in-law David Whissiel, her aunt Freda and uncle Kenny Howard and her many cousins and brothers and sisters in law.
Memorials may be given to The Northwest Kidney Center.
