Raul Valera Vicencio, born November 22, 1943, in Malabon, Metro Manila, Philippines. Passed away peacefully at age 81 on August 22, 2025, in Shoreline, Washington. A devoted Catholic and lay minister, he supported his family as an electrician and later as facility maintenance and was known for his compassion, generosity, and artistic talents. He is survived by his wife Remigia, their three children – Rachel, Ramir and Ruel – and five grandchildren.
A Visitation for Raul will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Acacia Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 14951 Bothell Way NE, Seattle, WA 98155.
A Funeral Mass will occur Friday, September 5, 2025 , 10:30 am at Christ the King Catholic Church - 405 N. 117th St., Seattle, WA 98133.
The Mass will be followed by a Committal Service at Holyrood Catholic Cemetery, 205 NE 205th St, Shoreline, WA 98155.
