I had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Kloppenburg for a short time . That's all the time it took for his beautiful heart to be revealed. That he was a poet, and would recite his enriching art, is a gift from him that stays with me.

Debbie, We are saddened to learn of Bob's passing. You and your Dad were always a special part of holidays enjoyed in Hawaii at the Hale Koa. You were the light and love of his life, in addition to being the best care giver possible. He appreciated all that you provided for him. He will be missed and remembered as a bright star plucked from our planet to enrich another place. Our deepest sympathy.

Dear Debbie,We are truly sad for the passing of your father.  As you know your Dad enjoyed our company at the Hale Koa pool each December for the past few years. He especially enjoyed the German cooking discussions with Rotraud. I will always cherish his words of wisdom that he passed onto me. We will miss him. We all loved him and admired his great integrity and extreme courage throughout his life.Your dad always was do proud of your mother, your brother, and especially of you.
