Sharon Kay Hayes (McAllister), 67, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2015 in Gilbert, Arizona after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born to William and Wanda McAllister on June 27, 1947 in Portland, Oregon and grew up in Ballard and Seattle. Sharon truly lived a carefree life full of adventure, family, and friends. Her free spirit led her to live in both Western and Eastern Washington throughout her life until she moved to Arizona in 2006. She is sorely missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Tina and John; her grandchildren, Hanna and Jacob; her sisters and brothers Beverly, Charlotte, Tom, and Tim; best friends, Linda and Debbie; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; a dude named Wayne and a dog named Sassy. Services will be held in Seattle at Acacia Memorial Park and Funeral Home on May 19 at 11:00.
