“If I’m missing, don’t worry, I’ve just gone fishing…”

Age 54, Tim passed away in at his Clearview, Washington residence on May 23, 2014. Timothy "Tim" James Clark was born to a 20 year old Plumber Apprentice, James Paterson Clark of Canada and 17 year old Patricia June (Miller) Clark of Washington State on November 16, 1959 at Northgate General Hospital in Seattle, Washington. He was the oldest of 6 children in the family. Later, Tim's Step-Father introduced an additional 5 children to the family household.

Tim J. (Childs) Clark attended Mountlake Terrace High School in 1977. He was a major asset on both the soccer and baseball teams. He joined the United States Army National Guard on November 18, 1977 and was honorably discharged on April 6, 1982. He was an avid fisherman, loved the outdoors, camping, hiking, and a devoted Husky Fan ~ GO DAWGS! Tim enjoyed several other hobbies such as a great BBQ (rain or shine) with friends and family, all genres of music with country being his favorite, cribbage, baseball, bowling, soccer, white river rafting, and darts.

Tim would play darts with his brother at Sharkey's Pub in Mountlake Terrace. In 2002, with his brother as "wingman" and his amazing sense of humor, Tim was introduced to his best friend, Cate. She was immediately charmed as she experienced "love at first sight". Tim's very first witty words to her were "Hey Baby, where have you been all my life?" Without missing a beat, Cate responded, "Right here, Baby, waiting for you". The two lived together for seven years prior to their marriage on December 22, 2007 in Clearview, Washington. A strong, proud, and loving man has departed this world, but will forever remain in the hearts of all the lives he touched.

This was a tremendously inspiring person who is no doubt a loss to us all in fact we have been enriched and in an equal degree protected by the many astounding national and even global defense measures that this person has participated. May the family have peace we cherish the special memories. “He will render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, nor will they learn war anymore.” May we all rejoice in this good news of everlasting peace. (Isaiah 2: 4) Please accept my deepest sympathies.

I'm so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. It has been many years since I've seen him but I will always remember him as a dedicated friend and a ferocious worker and a great laugh! We had some great times. God bless to all his family, my thoughts are with you.
