

Zach was born in upstate New York where he grew up in Washingtonville before moving to California to finish high school at Walnut Creek. He spent most of his adult life in California and Washington State where he enjoyed a career in Office Management. Zach was also an adept salesman who had both the gift of gab as well as a strong creative and influential writing style. As someone with an engaging, quick wit; he was always up for a passionate conversation typically punctuated with humor and playfulness.
Zach enjoyed spending time with his family, watching films, gaming, cooking and was an avid collector. He developed a deep interest in lava lamps and held one of the largest known collections on the West Coast. Zach also loved animals and enjoyed the comfort of his furry companions every day.
Zach is survived by his wife Rachel and daughter Emery as well as his parents, Steve and Kay and his brother Jason. Services will be held for Zach in the summer of 2025 and details will be sent to friends and family at a later date.
