Angelina Rizzo

was at home and surrounded by her family. Born in Jersey City on March 29,1925 to her late parents Antonio and Anita Refolo. Angela lived in Union City her entire life. She worked until the age of 83, as an office manager for the accounting firm of Maurice Zimmerman in Union City.

Angela married her late husband Giacamo (Jack) Rizzo on June 25, 1949, and together they had 2 children Gary and Jack Rizzo. She had 5 siblings, Tina Delseni married to Albert Delseni, Joe married to Dolly, Michael married to Helen, John married to Florence, and Ernie married to Joan. Her in law family also consisted of 5 and their wives- Anthony & Josephine Rizzo, Frank & Regina Rizzo, William & Paula Rizzo & Jilly & Jojo Rizzo, Mike & Simone Rizzo. She is survived by her son Jack and his wife Zilpa Rizzo and her 2 doting granddaughters Zilpa and Sally. She is also survived by sisters-in-law Florence and Joan and many nieces and nephews.

Angela’s Life Celebration will be Thursday May 1, 2025, between 4-8pm at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus NJ 07094. A Mass will be held on Friday May 2, 2025, 10 :45am at Immaculate Conception Church 1219 Paterson Plank Rd. Secaucus NJ 07094. After the mass She will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, 340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington NJ 07031.
