Dear Margaret & Family,
We just found out today (Aug. 27) about Dan passing away. Please accept our deepest sympathies. Dan, and you Margaret, were such dear friends to Jack Slomski. When Jack was in the nursing home, Dan would always remember Jack's birthday and call and sing "Happy Birthday" to him. Jack would beam ear to ear when he would tell us about Dan calling him. Now Dan, Jack, Peanuts, Don H., and Blaine are all together. Probably playing ball, reminiscing or telling each other jokes. God bless you all.

AS a small child in the 70's I loved the Ty D Bol commercials. Later Caddyshack became one of my favorite films. My Mother passed a few weeks ago and Edge Of Night was one of her favorites. My condolences to your family.

My fond memory of Dan was in Belauh Young's Algebra class at Muessel School. Dan sat in front of me and he would turn to me with a witty remark that left me giggling. I am pleased to know of his amazing success. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Fondly, Theresa Lindzy

Dear Resin Family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. Mr.Resin will continue to make people laugh as long as Caddyshack is available. His portrayal of Dr. Beeper makes me smile every time I watch the movie.

Dear Liz and Jeff,
I am so sorry I can't be at either the wake or the funeral. I hope that your memories of your Dad in the bloom of his life will overtake the more recent memories of suffering and deterioration. I am sending you love at this time and hope we can see each other in the near future. I'm so glad I had the chance to meet your Dad. All the best to your family.

I was very sorry to hear of your loss. My family and I lived across the street from you on Garry Terrace in Secaucus in the late 50's and 60's. A special memory I have of Dan concerned a note of condolence he sent in a card to my family on the passing of my mother. It had been many years since we had been neighbors, yet he was kind enough to take the time to write. His words were especially meaningful and truly helped ease our pain during a very difficult time. I have kept that card for more than 20 years. I hope that your special memories of Dan and the love and support of family and friends will give you strength and comfort.
