Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, to Dorothy Lyngholm and Gerald Moore, Diane was a nearly lifelong resident of Secaucus.
Diane cherished her family and friends dearly. She was especially devoted to her beloved daughter, Mallory DeFazio, her son-in-law, Vince DeFazio, and her grandchildren, Louie and Frankie, whom she adored beyond measure. Her family was the greatest source of her joy and she treasured every moment spent with them.
Diane spent many years in the hospitality and service industry, where her warm personality and infectious laughter brought joy to everyone she met. Whether behind the bar or welcoming others, she had a natural gift for making people feel comfortable, valued, and welcome. She loved the connections she made with people and the happiness she could bring to their day.
Diane had a warm and vibrant spirit, and she had a way of bringing light into every room with her laughter. She will be remembered for the love she gave, the friendships she treasured, and the many memories she created with those fortunate enough to know her.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her laughter, love, and memory will remain with them always.
In lieu of a Funeral, a private celebration of Diane’s life will be held by her family.
