Dominick “Smokey” Daddetto passed away peacefully December 1, 2018 with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Sarah (Fontana) Daddetto. Cherished son of the late Nicola and the late Filomena(Bellefemina) Daddetto. Predeceased by Theresa D’Alesio, Anna Thorpe, and Angela Servello. Caring father of Nicholas Daddetto (Patricia) Marilyn Stefano (John) and Phyllis Colon, survived by his brother Joseph Dadetto. Loving grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Born in 1925, lived in Hoboken for 50 years until he moved to Secaucus for the last 43 years. A WWII veteran, stationed in the Philippines he received a Purple Heart and Bronze Star. Worked for the Operating Engineer Local 825. He loved cooking, especially known for his pizza and cookies. Devoted family man, family always came first.

The Spinozzi family of Jeanne, Vinnie & Terry, Bill & Linda, Guido Jr. & also, Dominick's nephews John, Fredi & his lovely wife Julie, Lucille Erner, Larry & Joan Boerner, Dottie Bosscios, & Nelson & Barbara Maione , are very sorry on the passing of uncle Dominick Daddetto! All of us relatives who knew Dominick, remember how kind,warm & fun he always was! He did a very good impression of Frank Sinatra! And how he could bake & make delicious pizza! His surviving lovely wife Sarah, is just has kind, warm & thoughtful! A wonderful man, is no longer with us on Earth!
