Dear Dennis, Carolyn, and Dennis Jr,

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I had the pleasure of teaching both your children at ICS and they were wonderful children. Then Liz came out to St. Mary's where I was her principal. She was always filled with energy and creativity. She excelled at her studies and was filled with school spirit. We have many happy memories of our years together as we saw your amazing children grow. There were the events at ICS that brought so much joy and happiness like the Halloween bazaar, Christmas Eve Children's choir, each year we always had 80 kids and your children were members,Christmas tree lighting ceremonies,Easter Egg hunts,Olympic Days, School Sisters of Notre Dame, Fr. Long, and St. Mary's. Liz even joined the St. Joseph's club at St. Mary's where they painted every hallway and classroom. May the Holy Spirit give you the comfort and strength that you need. May the Blessed Mother shower you with her love and peace too. For our faith tells us we shall see Liz again in heaven.Remember what the Blessed Mother told St. Bernadette, she said that our happiness is not of this world but the next. Treasure the love and memories you have of Liz always.
