Born in Jersey City, NJ to Georgine and Joseph Calderone.
Respected Director of Community Services for Meadowlands Hospital as well as a devoted member of the Friends of the Library. She may have been pixie like in stature but her heart and loving nature were larger than life.
Beloved wife of the late Fred H. Gallo; loving mother of Frederick H. Gallo and his companion Tammy Minervini and her daughter Julianna; Ronald J. Gallo and his wife Donna, and the late Amy Gallo; cherished grandmother of Andrew, Sarah, Nick, and Dana Gallo; and dear sister of Joseph Calderone and his wife Sue, and Irene Muckenfuss and her late husband Robert. Georgine also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, close family members and friends.
A visitation for Georgine will be held Wednesday, September 20, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Rd., Secaucus, NJ, 07094.
