Herman “Buddy” Strongin, 79, of Deerfield Beach, FL and Secaucus, NJ, formerly of Jersey City, NJ entered into rest on April 25, 2015. Beloved husband of Elizabeth “Chickie” Strongin. Devoted father of Deborah Gearity and Danny Strongin. Dear step father of Steven Denton. Loving grandfather of Lauren, Catelin and Dana Gearity. Dear great grandfather of Aubrey Bisson. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus. The family will gather at the funeral home with their relatives and friends on Friday at 9:30 AM for a 10:00 AM funeral services at the funeral home. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. The family request no flowers instead donation in memory of Herman may be made to the charity of your choice.
