Mr. James Richterich, age 65, of Secaucus, New Jersey passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024. James was born to the late Edward and Marion Richterich in Jersey City, NJ and was a lifelong resident of Secaucus. He was a Volunteer Fireman for the Secaucus Fire Department for over 25 years and a maintenance Worker for Immaculate Conception Church before retiring.
James is survived by his Niece, Erin Murphy; His Nephew Edward Richterich and his wife Karen; his Great Nieces and Nephew, Emma Murphy, Michael Murphy, Savanah Richterich, and Sierra Richterich. In Lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in his honor to Hose Company #2 of the Secaucus Fire Department on 7th Street Secaucus, NJ.
A visitation for James will be held Monday, January 22, 2024 from 4 to 8PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094. A Prayer Service will occur Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 11AM here at the Mack Memorial Home 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ followed by his burial at Hillside Cemetery, 742 Rutherford Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071.
