Born in Hoboken, NJ to Eleanor and Joseph Potente. Joseph worked as an investigator for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, from which he retired in 1994.
Beloved Husband of Deborah Buturla; cherished nephew of Dorothy “Mimi” Cingirre; dear brother-in-law of Richard Buturla and his wife Linda, and Audrey Amato; loving uncle of Brianna Amato and her fiancé Cal. Joseph also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Joseph will be held on Friday, May 6, from 4 to 8 P.M. with a prayer service at 5:00pm at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094.
