Lawrence "Larry" Ford

Born in Jersey City to the late Edward and Natalie Ford, Larry spent most of his life in Secaucus before moving to Pennsylvania, and most recently settling in Hewitt just a few months ago. He dedicated over 30 years of his career as a Demolition Foreman with Local 3 in Jersey City.

Larry was the beloved husband of 15 years to Donna (Sherman) Ford. He was a cherished father to Matthew Ford and his wife Lauren, and Thomas Sherman and his wife Carly Carricarte Sherman. He was the proud grandfather of Kaiden, Luke, Livia, and Thomas Jr. “TJ,” all of whom brought immense joy to his life. He is also survived by his brother Jeffrey Ford and was predeceased by his brother Kevin Ford. Larry also leaves behind his loyal furry buddy, Moose, who never left his side.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:45 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, Secaucus. His cremation will be private.
