Marie Susan Roesing

Marie S. Roesing, 83, of Secaucus, NJ, daughter of Frank and Mary Baer, passed away at home peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on 5/16/2025. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Marie was known for her strength, spirit, and love for her family.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Edward “Buddy” Roesing, and their three children: Edward Roesing and his wife, Adriane; Tracey Waters and her husband, Frank Gregorio; and Susan Maglione and her husband, Gregory Maglione.

Marie was a proud grandmother to Edward Roesing (spouse Tiffany), Cory Roesing, Nicole Waters-Cordes (Spouse Chris), Robert Roesing (spouse Natalia), Alexis Waters-Fernandez(spouse Tyler), Danielle Roesing (spouse Terence), Sean Roesing (spouse Claudia), Skyler Quinlan (spouse Thomas), and Luis Pinto (spouse Brianna). She was also blessed with eleven great-grandchildren: Robert Roesing Jr. , Cataleya Roesing, Scarlett Quinlan, Adeline Roesing, Grayson Roesing, Kaia Cordes, Mila Roesing, London Cordes, Landon Roesing, Elena Quinlan, and Cole Cordes.

Marie is also survived by her brother, John Baer, his wife, Barbara, sister in law Ann Baer and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Richard Baer, Frank Baer, and Anthony Baer.

Known for her unwavering resilience, Marie lived life with fierce independence and a spark that inspired those around her. She had a lifelong passion for motorcycles and carried a bold, adventurous spirit throughout her life.

Her legacy of strength, love, and determination will continue to live on through the family she created.

Funeral mass will be Tuesday 5/20/25 10:45 am at Immaculate Conception Church in Secaucus for anyone wishing to attend. Cremation will be private.
