Purificacion Pascual Prudente

Secaucus, NJ- Purificacion Pascual Prudente went home to the Lord on Thursday, March 24, 2016. She was 79. Purificacion was born in Mexico, Philippines to Isaac and Gertrudes (Manaloto) Pascual, and came to the US in 1964. She has resided in Secaucus for the past 37 years previously living in Nutley. She was actively involved in the Immaculate Conception RC Church Filipino Community and its choir, a Eucharistic Minister, and communicant of the church, as well a member of the American Medical Association. She was employed for forty plus years as a pediatrician working with The NJ Developmental Center until its closing and in private practice. She retired in 2004. Predeceasing Purificacion are three brothers; Remberto, Princisito and Elias Pascual, and a sister; Teresita Espiritu. Surviving is her beloved husband of 41 years, Edgardo of Secaucus, and a daughter Katherine Grace Pascual Prudente also of Secaucus. Brothers; Revelino, Amador and Conrado Pascual, and a sister, Luzviminda Pascual-Cunniffe. Friends and family are invited on Tuesday 7-9 pm and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm to Mack Memorial Home 1245 Paterson Plank Rd Secaucus, NJ 07940. A Novena will be held each evening at 6pm. The Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, March 31 at 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church followed by entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum, No. Arlington, NJ.
