Dear Mark, Ray Jr. and loved ones of Renee,

I feel very lucky to have known Renee, she was a great friend who I knew most of my life. Her laugh, her smile and beautiful voice will always be among my fondest memories.

We went to school together at St. John's. She was a huge presence in my childhood. We had slumber parties together, did fun, crazy things together. She was never down or mean to anyone. She was hysterically funny, good-hearted, and big as life.

I knew Renee because she was my sister Joanie's best friend since grammar school. Whenever I saw her, she made me laugh. She was always so much fun. Even when I saw her the last time at a diner, she came over to my mother and me to chat. And ofcourse, I was laughing again. I will always remember her smile, her voice, and her joyful spirit. So sorry for your loss Jackie, Ray, Mark and family. You and Renee are in my thoughts and prayers.

I met Renee when I was 15 years old. She always made me laugh and always made you feel importand. We were in a band togeter back in 1978 and again in 1997. I only spoke to her a few weeks ago. I'll always remember the good times. Rest easy my friend Renee.
