My brother was a fun-loving person. He brought much joy and laughter to our family and others. My brother also had a warm and tender heart.
I will miss him dearly.

I was deeply saddened by the passing of my Uncle Billy. He was a kind and jubilant man with a larger than life personality. He had the gift of a great sense of humor and had the ability to bring laughter to anyone. My deepest condolences go out to Aunt Fran, Aunt Leona, and my mom. He will forever remain in our hearts and I will remember all the childhood “Uncle Billy stories” with fondness and a smile. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed

As an uncle to me & my sisters, we will always remember him as a wonderful person whom we were all better for knowing.
He knew a little about everything & was always happy to help & share his knowlage. He had a wonderful sence of humor that eveyone admired. He was truly, in every sence of the word, a "salt of the earth" person & will always be.
