Yoshiko Ludwig, 84, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2020 with her family by her side. Caring mother of Alfred “Marty” Ludwig, Linda Scardigno (Corey), Donna Moss (Henry), and David Ludwig. Loving grandmother of Alexandra, Keri, Keagan, Krystal, Katelyn, Joshua and Erin. Born in Kobe, Japan, she came to America in 1964 and was a resident of Secaucus for 56 years. Yoshiko was a waitress at Suga in Secaucus for many years, where she was known as Yoshi, but endearingly as Grandma by those who she worked with closely and her countless regular customers. Loved to spend time with her family, especially with her 7 grandchildren. I remember Yoshiko as being a wonderful, loving, caring Mother. Her Love ❤️ were her children! She always had a kind word for everyone! She loved her entire family and was always happy when they would visit! She did a Gr88 job raising four beautiful children that are beautiful inside and out!! Yoshiko I commend you on a great job with your children. Rest In Peace and God Bless. Love ❤️ Lola😘😘

All my summer memories include this kind wonderful woman and her whole family. Every day and night was spent laughing and all of us hanging out together. She put up with all us kids and I cannot think of more fantastic woman. She was such a great part of my youth and I cherish knowing her.

I remember my mom (Aunt Lou) and I visiting Yoshiko and her family when they lived on First Street. She was a sweet, caring woman with a great heart and love for her children. I kept up with her life through my mom until she passed. My prayers go out to the family.
Love, Janet
