Betty Lou Gee

Betty Lou Gee, 66, of Tecumseh, OK passed away April 7th 2012 in Oklahoma City. She was born May 31st 1945 in Lexington, OK to Jess E. and Alma (Tuggle) Reeves. Betty worked at the Four Seasons and attended church at the Abiding Grace Tabernacle. Her proudest moments were the births of her four children and her greatest achievement in life was raising her family.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, husband John Gee, and special nephew, baby Trentin

She is survived by children, Tamara VanWinkle Cossey of Norman, OK, Sheila Baquera and husband, Tony of Shawnee, Angela Bowden of Shawnee and Tim Gee of Tecumseh; three brothers, JD Reeves and wife, Virginia of Dale, John Reeves and wife, Kaye of Seminole and Dewayne Reeves and wife, Lavetta of Davenport; two sisters, Nona Mills and husband, Bill of Shawnee and Shirley Shears of Shawnee; eight grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and very dear church family and Pastors Paul and Lessie Gregg.

Betty’s visitation will be from 9 to 5pm, Wednesday, April 11th and 8am to 8pm, Thursday, April 12th at Resthaven Funeral Home. Her funeral service will be 2pm, Friday, April 13, 2012 at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with Paul and Lessie Gregg officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
