After High School, Cecil joined the Navy from 1975- 1987. After being honorably discharged, he was an Auto Mechanic and a Certified Locksmith. Cecil loved tinkering with anything he could, fishing, vacations, the New Orleans Saints, his family, his dogs, and Thanksgiving. Cecil was extremely proud of the birth of his children, grandchildren, and great grandchild. He was part of the American Legion and DAV. On October 6, 1994, Cecil married the love of his life, Alicia Couch, in Oklahoma City. Cecil was the go to guy for advice, life lessons, and fixing anything.
