

He lived most all his life in Earlsboro, except for the last 10 years when he moved to Harriman, Tennessee, to be close to his son, Mike and family.
Don was a great husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a friend to many people.
Don retired from Tinker Airforce Base in Oklahoma City after 30 plus years as a civilian contactor in quality assurance and was a cattle rancher for over 30 years. Throughout his life he enjoyed traveling the country with his wife, fishing and hunting, and was an avid fan of all college sports.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Billie Ann; daughter, Kimberly Whitley; parents, Johnnie and Edna Cleere; brother, Bill Cleere, and grandson, Stephen Walls.
Survived by son, Mike Cleere and wife Peggy; grandson, Chris Huskins and wife Cindy; granddaughter, Amanda Walls; grandson, Casey Cleere and family; great-grandson, Gunter Dagley and wife Britney; great-great grandchildren, Steven and Amelia Dagley; nephew, Kenneth Cleere and wife, Norma and family; niece, Pam Buckhannon and husband, Joe and family; cousin, Cheryl Jackson and husband, Steve; sister-in-law, Joann Cleere; and family friend, Stephanie Cleere.
Don loved his life in Oklahoma, and the family will honor his wishes that he return and be buried beside his beloved late wife, Billie Ann, in the Little Cemetery, Seminole, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 44909 State Hwy 3, Shawnee, OK. A funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, 44909 State Highway 3, Shawnee, OK with Interment to follow at Little Cemetery, 1005 East Rogers, Seminole, OK 44868.
