A Shawnee resident, Dorothy Jean Crook, 93, passed away on Friday, June 5 at her residence. She was born on September 26, 1932, in Mt. View, OK to Elbert A. Bryson and Nettie (Wilson) Bryson.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert M. Crook, husband Harold J. Floyd, brother William Bryson, grandson Joshua A. Floyd, and her parents.
Survivors include son Bruce A. Floyd and wife, Billie of Earlsboro, her loving grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for family and close friends will be held privately.
