Evelyn Mae Doye, 93, of Moore, Oklahoma passed away peacefully September 17, 2012 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born November 15, 1918 to Lee and Bertha (Russell) Pursley in Lawton, OK. Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur C. Doye and daughter, Glenda V. Scrutchins. She is survived by son-in-law and his wife, Bob and Ozelle Scrutchins; grandchildren, Arthur Scrutchins, Cindy Dilbeck and Keven Scrutchins and 10 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Deacon’s Widow Ministry with the First Baptist Church of Moore. Her funeral service will be 2pm, Friday, September 21, 2012 at the First Baptist Church of Moore, located at 301 NE 27th Street with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park in Shawnee, OK.
