Frances graduated from Seminole High School in 1962. Frances married DE “Skip” Dolan on October 7, 1978; they spent a wonderful 42 years of marriage together.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Wilma Cox, her brother James David Cox, her sister Susan L. (Cox) Wilcox, and husband DE “Skip” Dolan.
Frances is survived by her sister Diana (Cox) Knowles, a step-son, and several nieces and nephews.
No services will be held to due Coronavirus.
