Frances L. Harper of Earlsboro, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2014. She was 85 years old. She was born in Clarendon, Texas. She was preceded in death by father, Clarence Peabody; her mother Francis Etheredge; brothers C.M., Garland, Ivo, and David; and sisters, Nelda, Ruby, Leona, and Leola. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Dale S. Harper, Sr. of the home; son and daughter-in-law Robert & Linda Taylor of Wichita Falls, Texas; daughter and son-in-law Sherry & Larry Penick of Durango, Colorado; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Randy Mathes of Landstuhl, Germany; son and daughter-in-law Dale & Lisa Harper of Jones, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; many beloved nieces and nephews, other extended family, and a special place in her heart for nephew, Timmy Miner. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Resthaven Funeral Home, Shawnee Oklahoma.
