A man of great intellect and kindness, Gerald earned his PhD and spent his career inspiring students as a dedicated Physics Professor. Above all, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, whose wisdom and warmth touched all who knew him.
Gerald is survived by his son, Kenneston Miller (Tonie), and daughter, Andrea Winegar (Court); seven grandchildren—Hannah, Matthew, Emily, Courtney, Katie, Nathan, and Rachel; and several beloved great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his cherished wife, Marilyn Jane Miller.
A graveside service to honor Gerald’s life will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Resthaven Memorial Park.
He will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
