Geraldine Geri Lee Littleton

Geri was born October 14, 1922, to Thelma and George Epperson in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. She had three brothers, Doug, Marshall Elwood and Joe.

Geri was married to Dennis T. Littleton from Shawnee, Oklahoma on October 16, 1940. They had two daughters, Carol De Ann and Patricia Lee. Dennis and Geri were married for 62 years until Dennis passed in March 2002.

Geri graduated from Tecumseh High School. She had training as a nurse’s aid and worked at the Sylvania Plant in Shawnee. She and Dennis moved to southern California in 1954 where they lived and worked until retirement. Geri was an Information Operator at Bell Telephone Company for over 30 years. Geri was active in church life. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and the activities of her grandchildren and families. She loved road trips, ice cream, music, church socials, Taco Bell and being with her family and friends. She had many friends and was well liked in the community and church. We are glad she is set free of the worn body and chains of this world but, oh, how we will miss her every day until we are re-united with her again in Heaven.

She is survived by her daughters, Carol De Ann Ramaley of Torrance, California and Patricia (Bob) Lee Bridges of Topeka, Kansas, grandchildren: Carolyn Ramaley, Gary (Medali) Ramaley and Kerri Ramaley, Julie (Tim) Meyer, Jacob (Amanda) Bridges and Lorie Bridges. Great-grandchildren: Trysten Meyer, Andrew Ramaley, Allen Meyer, Kevin Ramaley and Margaret Bridges. Geri is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews and wonderful, dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Littleton, mother and father Thelma and George Epperson, her brothers Doug, Marshall Elwood and Joe and their wives.

Services will be held December 5th at Resthaven Funeral Home in Shawnee, Oklahoma at 1 pm with interment following at Tecumseh Cemetery.
