Helen graduated high school in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She worked as a book keeper in Shawnee and she and Roscoe operated R & D construction and Richland Park here in Shawnee. Later she relocated to Wilburton, Oklahoma where she managed Latimer County Industrial Credit and raised cattle.
She married Roscoe E. Richardson in 1940. They had three children, Sandra Hall of Shawnee, Roaxanne Gray of Groesbeck, Texas and a son, Roscoe G. Richardson of Galveston, Texas; four grandchildren, Rusty Hall of Shawnee, Deidra Loveland of Shawnee, Grant Gray of Santa Fe, Texas, and Leigh Gardner of Dickinson, Texas and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Resthaven Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held Friday, April 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Resthaven Memorial Park.
