Jacquelyn graduated from Shawnee High School in 1968. On August 20, 1967, Jacquelyn Logsdon married her sweetheart Floyd Dwain Roland. Together they had three wonderful sons, Floyd Kevin Roland, Benny Dwain Roland, and Jimmy Wayne Roland.
One of Jacquelyn’s most proud moments in her life was becoming a mother. She loved taking care of her sons and husband. She then received the great honor of becoming a grandmother and great grandmother. She was always celebrating the life and achievements of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. If she wasn’t with family, she was either crocheting, sewing, or reading the bible. Another proud moment in Jacquelyn’s life was singing in church, with her sisters, the Logsdon Girls, when they were young. A great accomplishment of Jacquelyn’s was reading the entire bible each year. Jacquelyn went to New Life Church in Shawnee and was part of the New Life Overcomers organization.
