Something to reflect upon while we ponder Pat’s life and passing.
God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not meant to be.
So he put his arms around you
And whispered 'Come to Me'.
With tearful eyes we watched you
As we saw you pass away.
Although we loved you deeply,
Your Golden Heart stopped beating,
Hard-working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us.
He only takes the best.
Those we love remain with us
For love itself lives on,
And cherished memories never fade
Even though a loved one is gone,
Those we love can never be
More than a thought apart,
For as long as there is memory,
They'll live on in the heart.
Live, laugh, and love. Be honest and moral in all that you do. Live life as a participant not a spectator.
