Patricia Ann Worley Warner was born in Dallas, TX, on November 14, 1936, to Edgar Worley and Mary Staley and was the oldest of three children. She transitioned from this life into spirit on Sunday, June 2, 2019, at her home in Okemah, OK surrounded by her beloved family. Pat graduated from Edmond High School in 1955 where she met and married Bobby Joe Warner in 1954. They moved to Lawton, OK where they soon owned and operated Warner’s TV Shop and Repair. A daughter Cynthia Lynn was born in 1957, and a son Ferlin Joe in 1958. After accepting the Lord as their Savior in 1963, they moved to Springfield, MO to attend Baptist Bible College. Upon graduation and ordination in 1969, they began Lawton Baptist Tabernacle by inviting friends and neighbors into their home. About 1975, a Christian private school was began called Lawton Christian Academy. Pat played an integral part as church secretary and school secretary for many years. Due to growth of both, she eventually could only do one of those jobs and she moved back into full time church secretary. Her journey also carried her to various parts of Central and South America via mission trips. They served the Lord in that church and school until end of 1983. Pat held only another job or two after moving to Yukon, OK in 1989, before her time at Smith and Nephew Endoscopy. She loved her co-workers at Smith and Nephew and kept up with several of them after her retirement in 2006. She moved to Okemah with her daughter in 2015. She was known for her tenacity to get the job done with a pure heart full of kindness and generosity. In her passing, she joins her parents, Edgar Theo and Mary Elizabeth Worley and her younger brother, Jimmy Don Worley. She survives through her sister Barbara Jean Sloan and husband Stuart Alan; her daughter Cynthia Lynn Finley; her son Ferlin Joe Warner and wife Patricia Ann; her grandchildren Jeremy Wayne Fitzgerald, Amanda Jean Fitzgerald, Nicolas Scott Fitzgerald, and Tamarah JoAnn Warner; and great-grandchildren Cassidy May Fitzgerald, Jayden Jeremy Fitzgerald, Lindy Paige Reed, Avery Grace Fitzgerald, Ella Charlize Fitzgerald, Teryn Lee Fitzgerald, Adeline Anolani Fitzgerald, Evelyn Claire Fitzgerald, and Owen Lee Fitzgerald and a host of more family and friends. PAT WORKED WITH ME AT SMITH-NEPHEW. SHE WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE CO WORKERS. WHEN I GOT INTO A RUT, I COULD COUNT ON HER TO TALK WITH ME AND GET ME BACK ON THE LEVEL. SHE REMINDED ME OF MY GRANDMOTHER. ALWAYS CAREING, ALWAYS UNDERSTANDING, AND ALWAYS WILLING TO LISTEN TO WHAT EVER WAS BOTHERING YOU. SHE ALWAYS FINISHED HER JOB DUTIES AND DID IT WELL. ONE OF THE KINDNESS LADIES I EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO KNOW. I THANK THE GOOD LORD TO HAVE HAD HER IN MY LIFE. I HOPE TO SEE HER IN THE AFTER LIFE.

Cindy, Ferlin and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family for the loss of your Momma. She had a major impact on my life and I am so thankful that God put her in my life. I have so many wonderful memories of her, but the greatest is the time she spent with us at church camp. She was a saint for putting up with us crazy girls. She was truly loved.
