Reba Dianne Young

Reba Dianne (Neal) Young, 67, of Shawnee passed from this life February 4, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Ok. She was born July 12, 1949 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Houston and Thelma Neal. She attended Shawnee Public Schools and graduated from Shawnee High School in 1967. She graduated from Hill’s Business School in 1968. She worked at Central Oklahoma Economic Development District (COEDD) starting in January 1971 until October 1994. She then worked at Finley and Cook starting in December 2005 until her retirement in April 2016. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene and later in life became a member of Downtown Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt as well as a friend to so many. Those close to her knew her loving spirit and wonderful sense of humor. She will be loved, forever missed and will be in our thoughts forever.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bill Frost; and one nephew, Tim Neal.

She is survived by sons: Greggory Young (Diana) and Justin Young; grandchildren: Alyssa Davis, Maya Young, Zachary Young, Maegan Haley, and Erika Haley; brother, Jerry Neal; and Nephews Chris Neal and Steven Neal.

A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Downtown Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Ron Baldridge officiating.
