

She was married to two great men, Herman Bull on Oct. 19, 1940, and Paul Williams on July 26, 1956.
She worked at Sylvania and served as a Union Representative, owned and operated several businesses in the Shawnee area for many years and finally retired from Allen Bradley in 1982. During her retirement, she loved to quilt and crotchet afghans, creating many for her children, grandchildren and friends. She spent numerous days canning fruits and vegetables. She made the best Apple Butter and Chow-Chow. All of her numerous “kids” fondly called her Grandma Susie.
She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Herman Bull and Paul Williams; son, James Bull; three brothers, Toy, Otis, and Sonny Carrigan; three sisters, Dolly Frazier, Opal Carrigan, and Julie Carrigan; daughter, Janie Tarr; grandson, James Bull; and granddaughter, Marie Taylor.
She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, David and Judy Bull of Shawnee, Daryl and Rhonda Bull of Houston, Texas, and Paul and Lisa Williams of Shawnee; two daughters and sons-in-law, Paula and David Johnson of Eufaula and Janet and Lee Spurgin of Alaska; son-in-law, Bob Tarr of Midwest City; 23 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
