Tonya Lynn Haggard-Keener was born November 26, 1968 in Pamona, California to Eddie and Vicky Haggard. She graduated from Bethel High School in 1987. She entered into eternity on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at the age of 42. Tonya is preceeded in death by her daughter, Miracle Lynn , and grandparents, Nola Ashley and Oscar McNeese. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Keener, nine children; Sam, Justin, Levi, River, Wesley, Patience, Harmony, and Paisley, Father and Mother, Eddie and Vicky Haggard, Brother and Sister-in-law, Shannon and Lindsey Haggard, Sister and Brother-in-law, Dave and Kimberly Powis, nieces and nephews, Elijah Powis, Ezra Powis, Eden Powis, and Vera Haggard. Grandparents, Don & Carol Haggard and Vera Parker, and many other family and friends. A Chapel service will be at 2:00pm, Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at Resthaven Funeral Home, with Interment following at Resthaven Memorial Park.
