He was born Oct. 21, 1954 to Ruth and Leo Stone in Sapulpa. Billy was a graduate of Shawnee High school and long time member of Liberty Baptist Church.
He was a volunteer fire fighter for the Henning Fire Department.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by sister, Sue Walden of Shawnee; brother, Danny Stone and wife Alisa of Chandler; nieces and nephews, Mindy and David Walden and Cassie and Justin Stone; 10 great-nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
