Yolanda attended Liberty Academy, Paul Mitchell Cosmetology, and Shawnee Beauty School. She was a gifted and passionate self-employed hair and makeup artist, and also worked with dedication at the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Health Services and Harrison Discount Pharmacy.
On October 14, 2014, Yolanda married the love of her life, Christopher Cullison. Together they built a life filled with love, faith, and family. Becoming a wife to Christopher was her greatest joy.
Her hobbies reflected her love for creativity, faith, and connection — she enjoyed studying the Bible, drawing, doing makeup, and spending time with family and friends. She had a heart for ministry, leading youth groups in church and joyfully participating in praise and worship. She also loved sports, playing basketball, volleyball, and even wee ball. Yolanda treasured travel and made wonderful memories visiting Cancun and, most recently, Dallas. She was proud of many accomplishments in her life, including graduating from Liberty Academy, becoming a mother, buying land, a home and paying off debt. She also cherished her role as an aunt, a title she held close to her heart.
Yolanda’s warmth, faith, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
