Audrey Ruth Fox

Audrey Ruth Fox, age 86, of Brooks, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, June 27, 2025, with loving family by her side. She was born on February 11, 1939, in Brooks, Kentucky to the late Carl and Loretta (Underwood) Klapper. She was a member of Mt. Elmira Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Klapper.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Louis B. Fox; daughter, Lisa Johns (William); son, Mark Fox (Sharon); 2 grandchildren, Zidner Fox (Tori) and Christian Johns and a host of family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 10:00 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 12:00 until 8:00 and on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 9:00 until the time of service at the funeral home.
