Mrs. Brenda Kay Daniel, age 77, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Born May 19, 1949 in Tullahoma, Tennessee to the late William Horace and Mamie Ruth Fulton.
Mrs. Daniel retired after a career in accounting and bookkeeping. She was a faithful servant of Christ and was a member of Parkland Baptist Church. Mrs. Daniel enjoyed listening to Southern Gospel music and was a long time University of Kentucky basketball fan.
Among those who preceded her in death include her parents, and her loving husband of 45 years, Roy W. Daniel. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Karen Daniel Corbeill (Daniel); two precious grandsons, James Daniel and Wyatt Wayne Corbeill; sister, Pam Richards (Gary) of Murfreesboro, TN; brother-in-law, Phil Daniel (Charlene) of Port St. Joe Beach, FL; nieces, Emily Curtis (Aaron) and Crystal Richards; great niece, Lilla Richards; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 10:00 am in the chapel of Shoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday, September 3, 2026 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Friday from 9:00 am until the time of service.
