Brenda Carol Richardson

Mrs. Brenda Carol Richardson, age, 73 of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday October 8, 2024. Brenda was born in Cox’s Creek, Kentucky on March 28, 1951, to William and Carrie (Robey) Kinder. She retired from Meijers Grocery Store as a stock clerk, she enjoyed traveling all over the United States, she liked playing the Lottery and she loved her fur babies dog Henry, and cats Missy and Felix. Brenda was a loving wife for over 54 years, a wonderful mom and Nanny to her grandchildren. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Teresa Marie Main, 3 brothers Kenneth, Larry, and Gary Kinder.    

She is survived by her loving husband Kenneth Richardson, son Edwin A. Richardson (Freda), five grandchildren Christopher M. Richardson (Ashlee), Eva B. Richardson, Carrie Jones, Olivia Newman, Christopher Hargrove, six great-grandchildren Skylar Farley, Sophia Sark, Dominic Oller, Danielle Raine Richardson, Braden Richardson, and Cayden Porter, son-in-law Dennis Main, brother Ronald Ray Kinder, along with a host of other dear family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 12:00 noon in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy, at John Harper Freeway). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and again Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
