Brent professed his faith in Christ and was baptized at the age of 6 years old. He excelled academically and went on to obtain two separate degrees; a bachelor’s in philosophy from the University of Berea and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville. His ambition in life was to be an attorney.
He is survived by his mother, Janet O’Keefe (Chris), his father Lowell Coffey; his sister, Hannah Moore (Ashley); 4 nieces, Kaylen, Brynlee, Juliette and Ashlyn along with a host of extended family and friends.
A Simple Gathering will be held at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks, 4895 N. Preston Highway, Shepherdsville, KY 40165, US, on June 11, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
