Bryan Matthew Pierce

Bryan Matthew Pierce, age 25, of Hillview, KY, returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, July 23, 2020 after a 2 ½ year battle with brain cancer. Bryan was born in Louisville, KY on August 10, 1994. He was a member of Hardinsburg United Methodist Church. He was an avid Tennessee fan who loved his basketball and football. He loved the outdoors, riding the 4-wheeler, hunting and fishing and spending time with family and friends.

His father, Terry Lee Pierce, preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Jennifer M. Pierce; sister, Krista Frye (Josh); nephew, Kaden Matthew Frye; grandmother, Lynda Smith; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm (EST) on Saturday, August 1, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm (EST) and on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
