Carolyn Louise Clark

Ms. Carolyn Louise Clark, age 79, of Fairdale, Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, March 5, 2023. She was born on February 27, 1944 in Wichita, Kansas. Ms. Clark worked as a nursing assistant at St. Anthony’s for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Helen Crabb; daughter, Vicky Canfield; and friend, Arthur Blanton.

Carolyn loved to do arts and crafts and use her imagination. Her favorite hobbies were watching animal planet, listening to her multiple cassettes consisting of country artists and her favorite, Elvis Presley. When she wasn’t watching her animal planet shows, you could find her watching her favorite Westerns with John Wayne or Bonanza. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her family will greatly miss her.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Michael Morris (Reva), Ralph Hanson (Susie); daughters, Robin Hanson, Kim Talbot (Tristan), Tammy Yount (Red), Tonya Clark; grandchildren, Christy, Jimmy, Kayla, Kara, Aaron, Bryson, Amber; several great grandchildren; brothers, Richard Crabb, Dean Crabb; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday from 11:00am until the time of service at 2:00pm.
