Catherine B. Cecil

Ms. Catherine B. Cecil, age 58, of South Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 3, 2014. Ms. Cecil was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 1, 1956 to the late Frederick James Williams Jr. and Hilda Ann Neel. She was Baptist by faith.

Among those who preceded her in death include, her brother, Jerry Vale; sister, Pamela Loomis and nephew, Jeffrey Hayes.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her brothers, Ricky Williams (Mindy) and Louis Vale (Kristy); sisters, Cheryl Cecil (Louie) and Joyce Crook (John); stepfather, Charles Neel and many nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at Noon on Monday, December 8, 2014 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.; use John Harper entrance) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from noon until 8:00 pm and on Monday from 9:00 am until the time of service at Schoppenhorst.
