Though her time on earth was brief, Catrina was deeply loved and will forever hold a special place in the hearts of her family and loved ones.
She drew her last precious breath and passed away on September 3, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Patricia Ann Ballback; maternal grandmother, Patsy Sue Dressler; and uncle, Justin Smith.
Catrina leaves to cherish her memory her loving parents, Joan “Jojo” Nicole Ballback and Theodore “Teddy” John Ballback, IV; siblings, Athena Rose Ballback, Patsy Ann Ballback, and Theodore John Ballback, V; maternal grandmother, Carla Silverio; paternal grandfather, Theodore J. Ballback, III; maternal grandfather, Brian P. Burget; aunts, Amanda N. Ballback, Eva M. Dressler Aurora C. Dressler, Mireya Silverio and Brieanna Carey; uncles, Jacob T. Walker, Brandon Smith, Joshua Smith and Wesley Mowen; cousins, Kingston, Lear, Odessa, Esmeréah, Ki’Aran, Dax, Kyleena, Xaria and Covelynn; and a host of other dear family members and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 12, 2026 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of her service at 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
