Cecil Ray Owens, age 64, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on October 17, 2022. He was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Patricia Franklin and was a Navy veteran. Cecil is also preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon DuVall.
Cecil leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Nina Johnson (Jason); grandsons, Tyler Johnson (Jessica), Dayton Johnson; granddaughter, Jaymee DuVall, Savannah Duvall, Willow Johnson; great granddaughter Mila Johnson; great grandson, Carson Johnson and his two furry companions, MaryJane and Snoopy. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Monday from 12 pm until 8 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow.
