Charles "Charlie" Conner Cecil

Mr. Charles “Charlie” Conner Cecil, age 90, of Mt. Washington, returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 28, 2018. Mr. Cecil was born in Bardstown, KY on December 9, 1927 to the late Noel and Octavia Cecil. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and a retiree from General Electric.

Among those who preceded him in death are, his wife, Helen Cecil and his son- in- law, Ralph Early.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters, Carol Early and Tammy Colvin and her husband, Tim; grandchildren, Shannon, Melissa, Autumn, Leigha and Camryn; great- grandchildren, Noah, Brooke, Jacob, Presley and Easton; brother, Francis Cecil and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12pm on Monday, December 3, 2018 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home, Mt. Washington (Hwy. 44 east at 123 Winning Colors Dr.) with burial at Mt. Washington Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
