Charlotte Rose Minks Ray

Charlotte Rose Minks Ray age 68 of Hillview returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, May 30, 2015 with family by her side. She was born on May 28, 1947 to the late Charles Williams Minks and Louise Mary Minks. Among those who preceded her husband Richard Ray Sr.; son, Richard Ray Jr.; daughter, Helen Ray. She was a member Keys Ferry Baptist Church and a CNA in the healthcare. Mrs. Ray leaves to cherish her memory her beloved son Brian O'Neil Ray; grandchildren, Daniel and Haley Beth Sparks; great grandchildren, Mykena and Carter Sparks; sisters, Kathleen White, Dorothy Blanton; brothers Charlie and Jimmie Minks and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be conducted noon on Wednesday in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road use John Harper entrance) with burial in Brookland Cemetery.
